Monday, November 11, 2024 – In order to commemorate the 13th Anniversary of the Information Systems Study Program at UNIKA Soegijapranata, outstanding alumna Yohana Niken Tri Utami, S.Ak., S.Kom., who now serves as IT Secretary at a leading software company, Mitra Kasih Perkasa, was present as a resource person. Yohana delivered material entitled “Building Knowledge & Shaping The Future” at the Thomas Aquinas Theater, 3rd Floor, in front of hundreds of enthusiastic students.

In this seminar, Yohana shared her experiences and success tips summarized from her career and academic journey. Some important points from the material presented include:
- Goals and Motivation: The importance of focusing on the college journey, discovering one's potential and designing clear targets, as well as making plans to achieve academic and professional goals.
- Tips for Success: Think positively and dare to try new things, give yourself rewards (self-rewards) as a form of appreciation, and avoid laziness with a proactive and productive attitude.
- Effective Time Management: Creating daily schedules and to-do lists to maintain productivity, effectively prioritizing various responsibilities, and maintaining discipline and commitment to the schedule that has been created.
- Self-Evaluation: Recognizing personal strengths and weaknesses, identifying achievements that have been achieved to maintain motivation, and developing a vision to face future challenges.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide inspiration and motivation to students so that they can understand the importance of developing knowledge in shaping the future. By balancing lectures, organizations, and internships, students are expected to achieve achievements and be motivated to continue learning and actively contribute in the professional field.
