Thesis is a scientific work in the form of a report on the results of research conducted by students, which is compiled according to scientific principles and written according to Indonesian language rules, under the supervision or direction of a supervisor, to meet predetermined quality criteria. Research is a planned activity, which aims to make an original contribution to knowledge (Dawson, 2009). 

Research is an activity of investigating and investigating a problem that is carried out repeatedly and systematically, with the aim of finding or revising theories, facts, and applications (Berndtsson et al., 2008). 

Thesis is made as one of the requirements for completing studies in the Information Systems study program. Therefore, thesis should follow the standard rules that are usually used in writing scientific papers, especially the research method it uses.
