A team of students from UNIKA Soegijapranata Semarang has designed a smart city equipped with automatic flood control sensors.

This design aims to overcome the problem of flooding that often occurs in the city of Semarang. The sensor will turn on if the water level reaches a certain level, and will automatically move the pump to discharge water into the sea.

In addition, the team also developed various other innovations such as automatic parking sensors, automatic lighting, and traffic lights that can detect ambulances.

This design is expected to help keep the city safe and allow residents to carry out normal activities even during floods.
