Renaldin Kristiawan, a student with a vocational school background majoring in networks, succeeded in developing his career through the Kominfo Digital Talent program which is part of the Independent Campus initiative.
This program provides practical training in project management, where participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also direct experience using related software.
Thanks to the networking built during the program and the Mikrotik certification he obtained, Renaldin managed to get job offers from two companies without needing to actively apply.
In the program selection process, Renaldin prepared himself by studying literature on leadership and project management.
He also actively teaches additional classes which further enrich his professional experience.
In the future, Renaldin plans to continue developing his skills and career through similar programs while balancing academic responsibilities leading up to his graduation.
